FRENCH SAVVY

July is a month of celebration and parties in France. Starting with the National day, la fête nationale, known in Australia as Bastille Day, followed by the world-famous cycle race Le Tour de France.
As many of our students will be visiting Paris this month, we have included a few discovery pages on monumental Paris: the Historical Axis which starts from the Louvre and runs through the Place de la Concorde, the Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe and La Défense, without forgetting other Parisian landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame.
We hope that these well-documented pages will help you discover Paris in more depth on your next trip to France.
Enjoy reading all our ‘French Savvy’ pages and à bientôt in August!
